Activation and Migration Guide

Got your Pro license? Awesome. Here’s a quick guide on how to activate it and manage your Macs.

How to Activate

After purchasing KeyXamathi Pro and receiving your License Key, follow these steps to activate:

  1. Click the KeyXamathi icon on your Menu Bar (top right) and select Preferences...
  2. Go to the License tab.
  3. Enter your License Key (Format: KXAM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  4. Click Activate to upgrade to Pro instantly.

Device Limits

One License Key can be active on up to 3 devices simultaneously (e.g., your main Mac, backup Mac, and work Mac).

If you reach the limit, the system will show an "Activation Limit Reached" error. You must deactivate a device before activating a new one.

How to Migrate / Deactivate

When migrating to a new Mac or formatting your current one, please deactivate first:

  1. Open Preferences... > License tab on the old Mac.
  2. Click the Deactivate button.
  3. This will release the quota, allowing you to use the Key on your new Mac.

Lost or Broken Mac

If your old Mac is broken, formatted, or lost and you forgot to deactivate, you can reset your quota by contacting support:

Send an email with your proof of purchase or License Key to [email protected]. Our team will reset your quota within 24 hours.
