1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the KeyXamathi application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. License and Usage

• Free Edition: You may use the Application in its free version indefinitely and at no cost.
• Pro Edition: Upon purchasing a License Key, you receive a personal use license for the Pro version. One License can be activated on up to 3 computers simultaneously. You can transfer your license by deactivating a previously activated device.
• This license is non-transferable, non-rentable, and cannot be resold.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS". The developer makes no warranty that the Application will be error-free or perfectly compatible with all software and hardware. The developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application.

4. Telemetry and Data

To improve the Application, we use a telemetry system to collect quantitative statistics (e.g., usage duration, number of corrections). This system is Opt-in by default and will NEVER collect personally identifiable information or the text you type. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
