If you purchase a Pro License Key and find that it does not operate as expected on your supported Mac or encounters persistent technical defects, we gladly offer a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days from your date of purchase, in compliance with applicable consumer rights principles.

2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Refunds are granted under clear and transparent guidelines:

  • Time Window: The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the license key was emailed.
  • Covered Scenarios:
    • The application fails to run or encounters severe crashes on a supported macOS version.
    • Core features (e.g. language switching or text conversion) are persistently defective after troubleshooting with support.
    • Accidental duplicate order or purchase error.
  • Non-Eligible Scenarios:
    • Requests submitted after the 14 calendar-day eligibility window has expired.
    • Suspected fraudulent behavior, license abuse, or publicly sharing/redistributing license keys.
    • Purchases made through unauthorized third-party channels outside of xamathi.com.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Subject Line: Refund Request - KeyXamathi Pro - [Order ID or Registered Email]
  • Purchaser Email: (The email address used to purchase the license)
  • License Key or Transaction Reference:
  • Reason for Refund: (If technical, please state your macOS version so we can diagnose and fix the issue)
  • Refund Payment Details: Original payment details (bank account name/number or PromptPay registered mobile/ID matching the purchaser name)

4. Processing Timelines

  • Review: Our support team will verify your request and reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Disbursement: Once approved, the full amount paid will be refunded directly to your original payment account within 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. We charge zero administrative or processing fees on refunds.

5. Effect of License Revocation

Because our software uses digital licensing:

  • Upon processing the refund, your Pro License Key will be immediately revoked on our cloud licensing registry.
  • The KeyXamathi app installed on your Mac will seamlessly revert to the Free Edition when your device next connects to the internet.
  • You may continue to use the Free Edition indefinitely without impact to your local settings.
